Durante l’anno, i nostri «ristoranti effimeri» vi propongono 4 eventi gastronomici, per scoprire quali prelibatezze ci riserva la Natura da una stagione all’altra. I migliori chef della zona, tra cui gli stellati Franck Reynaud e Pierre Crepaud, liberano la propria creatività e il proprio talento per valorizzare l’eccellente qualità dei prodotti locali. Quest’esperienza è tanto più sorprendente, poiché per ogni stagione verrà scelta una location diversa e insolita. In riva a un lago, su una vetta, su un campo da golf o in mezzo a un vigneto, questa giornata, caratterizzata da grande convivialità e dal ritmo scandito da animazioni originali, vi lascerà un ricordo gastronomico indelebil.
Il Ristorante Effimero di marzo vi porterà sul magnifico comprensorio sciistico di Crans-Montana. Sabato 23 marzo 2019, scivolate giù per le piste e scandite la vostra giornata con pause golose nei vari locali che vi proporranno una delle loro specialità, abbinata a un bicchiere di vino della regione.
From 7 to 9 December, Crans-Montana presents the 3rd Winter Opening. On the programme; on Friday night at the Ycoor ice rink, a magnificent ice skating gala with the Swiss champion Stéphane Walker, followed by a Silent Party on ice and in the square, and an after-party. Saturday is the day for free skating, whilst food lovers can head to the Rue du Prado for an extraordinary food market . In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for the end of year celebrations, 12 chefs and artisans will introduce their specialities, accompanied by a glass of local wine, for CHF 10.-. To end the weekend in style, a wacky Sunday is planned for families at the ice rink, with lots of games and challenges on ice skates, giant skis or fatbikes. Programme
From Saturday at the Winter Opening through until 6 January, a fairytale walk awaits visitors to the lantern path , where you can dive into the magic of Christmas in the idyllic setting of the snow-covered golf course.
WINE AND LOCAL PRODUCE FAIR
Whether its local produce, vineyards or above all tradition, Crans-Montana never ceases to amaze. This third edition of the Wine and Local Produce Fair is a chance to delight your tastebuds tasting local specialities, whilst exploring wines from different winemakers in the Haut Plateau region. Rendez-vous at Le Régent Congress Centre, 16 and 17 March 2019.
Chocolate, everyone’s favourite weakness, takes centre stage once again this year in Crans-Montana. This edition is the event’s 5th anniversary, and it will bring together the best chocolate makers in Switzerland, who are gathered to share their art and passion for their profession. A rich and captivating programme all about chocolate will be specially prepared for the occasion.
